Hi, and welcome to my site. Because you’re here, that means you’re part of a very special community: the nonprofit sector. I’ve worked in some aspect of the sector for almost all of my professional career. I started my nonprofit journey as a former development coordinator for a statewide association, followed by stints as an executive director of both a regional and a statewide nonprofit organization. For the past 25+ years I’ve had the privilege of serving nonprofit executives, leadership teams, boards, program managers and their teams in a variety of capacities. I’ve designed and delivered training and technical assistance for AmeriCorps programs across the country. I’ve also coached and provided consulting services for nonprofit professionals and volunteers to help them leverage mission-driven opportunities, and also to address the common—and sometimes uncommon—challenges that can get in the way of getting things done.
